When any man is unable to get or maintain an erection of the penis after sexual arousal, the condition is known as  erectile dysfunction or impotency. It is one of the most common and sexual problems observed in men which leads to stress and chaos in a happy conjugal life. Studies show that erectile dysfunction has physical as well as psychological reasons attached to it.
